Law Intern

Maloni Cuerci Ribeiro

Maloni is part of the firm's team, working in corporate law, contracts and civil litigation. He assists in drafting and reviewing court submissions, contractual instruments and extrajudicial notices, as well as in legislative and case-law research aimed at building legal strategies.

He previously interned at the 7th Civil Court of the Barra da Tijuca Regional Division of the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Justice, where he gained experience in court routines, case monitoring and assisting lawyers and litigants.

He is an undergraduate law student at Ibmec Rio de Janeiro and holds a bachelor's degree in Social Communication from PUC-Rio. He is a member of the research group “Sociedade Civil e Estado de Direito: Mutações e Desenvolvimento” — SOCEDIR/Ibmec, registered with CNPq, and has published an academic article on contract law, the right to health and consumer relations.

In recognition of his academic performance, he received the Ibmec Education Stars distinction. He also served as a teaching assistant in Civil Law and Criminal Law. He holds an executive programme certificate in Compliance from Fundação Getulio Vargas and is fluent in English, with Cambridge English C1 Advanced certification.
